We combine our sound bath with Yin Yoga. This gentle and meditative practice involves holding poses for an extended period, with the support of props, such as blocks, bolsters, or blankets, so that we can comfortably settle and relax into each pose. In this way we create space to release tension, improve flexibility, and stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body. One of the fundamental principles of Yin Yoga is surrender - we allow our bodies to unravel and let go of stored emotions and stress.
