Private lessons are perfect for those who are new to yoga who would like to know more about yoga and build confidence before joining a class; they are ideal for those with busy schedules, who don't have time to get to a regular class - Sarah can visit your home, or you can use her home studio and fit sessions around your work and family commitments; they are also wonderful for experienced yogis who would like to improve alignment in their practice, or take their asana and meditation practice to the next level.
