Oak Tree Yoga offers dynamic, flowing yoga classes, workshops and private sessions in Henley-on-Thames, Twyford, Wargrave and Reading for students of all levels.

Yoga is for everyone, from children to the elderly, from sports-people to those that have never been to a gym. Yoga's ability to be adapted for each individual and its capacity for bringing peace to the mind as well as poise to the body is what sets it apart from other forms of exercise.

Classes are run by Sarah Raspin, who has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for more than 10. Sarah teaches a dynamic style of yoga, with close attention paid to alignment detail.  She is keen to encourage students to work towards fulfilling their potential and works with children, teenagers, professional sports people (she is yoga teacher for the first team at Reading Football Club), those rehabilitating after illness or injury and those dealing with anxiety, stress and depression.

Oak Tree Yoga also provides yoga for children with special needs.  Sarah trained with Yoga for the Special Child, an internationally recognised programme for special kids.  Yoga nurtures and supports all children's journeys towards their full potential.

Sarah is a teacher whose knowledge of yoga has been honed from constant personal practice & study over 20 years with some of the world's finest teachers; she is a talented communicator of yoga philosophy, leading students deeper into their experience of yoga asana and meditation.

Her yoga journey began with a decade of Astanga Vinyasa yoga and she now practises and teaches a dynamic blend of vinyasa flow and alignment.

She is completely committed to yoga as a way of living well - a life filled with compassion, love, humour and enthusiasm.
