This gentle and therapeutic style of yoga is devised especially for children & young adults with special needs; it aims to enhance the natural development of each child, bringing more motor control and balance, greater muscle tone and coordination, improved respiratory strength and posture.  It is also great fun!

Yoga encourages self-regulation of emotions and helps to establish calm, organised emotional states; it can improve concentration, quality of sleep, reduce anxiety and release tension.

Sarah has been teaching this method for many years; she teaches children with a broad range of complex conditions, including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, Epilepsy, Dravet's, ADD, ADHD and other physical and developmental disabilities.

Classes take place at the studio in Wargrave.  Sarah is also available for workshops and events for children and parents of children with special needs.

"In a short period of time I have noticed a significant difference in his level of anxiety, ADD and his fine and gross motor skills, together with an altogether calmer and happier little boy. She has brought a peace to his life that I could only have dreamed of a few months ago."
