The time is now! Our 200 hour teacher training course will give you all of the skills you need to begin a career as a yoga teacher, to bring yoga skills to work that you already do, or simply to deepen your practice & gain more knowledge of yoga.
The programme covers asana, anatomy & physiology, meditation, pranayama, philosophy & the history of yoga.
Teaching methods include: seminars, experiential classes, group work, practice teaching sessions & home study.
Your tutor is Sarah Raspin, a senior yoga teacher with 25 years’ experience.
The course is accredited by Yoga Alliance UK, a world leader in raising standards for yoga teaching.

In addition to the 200 hours of teaching time, you will be required to maintain a daily yoga practice & complete homework assignments.
You will need to obtain a First Aid Certificate before starting the course.
Certificates will be awarded on successful completion of the course, including the final assessment. The Oak Tree Yoga Teacher Training course is accredited by Yoga Alliance (UK). On successful completion of the training, students will be able to register with Yoga Alliance (UK) Associate Level 1.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years consistent yoga practice.
