Our 200 hour teacher training course gives you all of the skills you need to begin a career as a yoga teacher, to bring yoga skills to work that you already do, or simply to deepen your practice & gain more knowledge of yoga.

This is a programme designed to educate & inspire:
Gain a deep knowledge of all of the major philosophies of yoga - from the Upanishads to Tantra
Develop an excellent understanding of physiology and anatomy as it pertains to yoga asana
Design intelligent yoga sequences for all levels of yoga
Successfully teach meditation & breathwork
Learn to teach group classes & private lessons
Deepen your own practice among like-minded souls

The quality of teaching on this course & the breadth and depth of study is outstanding. We aim to turn our graduates into excellent teachers - leaders who inspire their students & are steeped in yoga wisdom. 75% of our graduates are teaching within one month of completing the course.

Once you join our community, you have joined for as long as you want to be with us. Sarah’s support continues into your early years of teaching via regular online meet ups where we discuss progress, share experiences and support each other throughout the early years of becoming a teacher and beyond. This support is invaluable.

But this is more than a Teacher Training Course, it’s an opportunity to deepen your understanding of all aspects of yoga, to transform your practice & break through limitations. We emphasize personal development, building confidence, and finding your own voice. We provide different viewpoints about what yoga is & how it can be practised; how it might be applied to life as well as to the mat. We encourage lively discussion & we don’t subscribe to any particular school; we find our inspiration everywhere in our love for all yoga.

We produce confident, knowledgeable, articulate, and empowered yoga teachers who share their practice generously & naturally.

We want you to be the teacher that you are meant to be.

“Sarah is the most wonderful teacher … She is kind, patient and nurturing and gently encourages a real sense of self-belief and individuality to bring out the very best out in her students. The syllabus is well paced, varied and fascinating and allows for inspiring discussion and debate within a group which is close, friendly and supportive.”

“I love the way it’s taking me personally as it’s turning into a natural step on from my psychotherapy training and really helping me truly understand the mind/body connection. We have been encouraged to bond as a group which has added to the support available. I’d strongly recommend this training.”
