YOGA & NATURE
WEEKEND RETREAT
Peak District
10-13th September, 2026
4 Days

The ideal blend of yoga & the great outdoors. Set amidst rolling hills & ancient woodland of the Hope Valley, this is the perfect opportunity to step away from daily distractions & reconnect with yourself.

Our twice daily yoga sessions are inspired by the five elements of Ayurveda: Earth, Fire, Water, Air & Space, taking the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape as their inspiration.

Start the day with dynamic yoga workshops to inspire & embolden. After a hearty brunch, you’ll hike scenic trails through moorlands, uplands, woodland & along the river. Trips of a few hours are planned & lead by a qualified Mountain Leader. Evening yoga sessions include deep stretches, somatic movement & restorative yoga to calm & settle.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, the combination of nature & mindful yoga brings lasting revitalisation & peace.
