Accommodation

Accommodation varies from retreat to retreat.

In Sweden you will find luxurious bell tents with real beds, candlelit chandeliers & a deck to sit outside at night & gaze at the clearest skies you’ve seen for a while.

In Hampshire we offer dreamily comfortable beds, luxury bathrooms, direct access to freerange countryside & log burning fires in the winter.

In Menorca, swim in the infinity pool, swing in a hammock under the lemon trees, or walk to the beach.

Your free time is yours & yours alone: chat or find a quiet solo corner, read, sunbathe, hike, wild swim, snooze. There is no pressure or expectation. You do you.

 

Yoga Classes

Sarah’s style is informed by her 30+ years of study & practice. Her background is in Astanga & Anusara Yoga & her approach is one of flowing, breath-based yoga sequences.

She pays great attention to effective alignment & her insight is given freely to help you deepen your practice.

Sarah has had a dedicated meditation practice for 15 years, is a teacher’s teacher & a serious student of yoga philosophy.

You will practise yoga in a friendly, gentle & accepting environment as well as having time to explore the quieter practices of meditation & breathwork.

Classes are suitable for all abilities from absolute beginners to yoga teachers & adepts, with adaptations given for every level.


 
 

Food

Serving great food is really important to us & we are known for our delicious, nourishing, celebratory meals.

Nathan trained at Leith’s School of Food & Wine. Sarah is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Together they develop feasts for sharing that nourish & balance.

All of our retreats are full board & we happily cater to most dietary requirements. Wine is available on our retreats with dinner, but is not included in the price.

What’s Included?

We always provide:

  • luxury accommodation

  • twice daily yoga: flow, yin, somatics + restorative

  • meditation, breathwork + yoga nidra

  • hearty breakfasts, nourishing lunches, show-stopping dinners

  • journalling

Depending on the retreat, there may also be:

  • sound bath

  • wild swimming/swimming pool

  • forest walking & hill climbing

  • sauna

What's not included?

  • travel to and from the venue

  • treatments (these can be pre-booked after purchase)

Your Hosts

Sarah is a senior yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance SYT) who has studied yoga for over 30 years. She has seen first hand the power yoga has to transform life & has made it her life’s work to help others to be their truest, strongest most vibrant selves.

Nathan is an accountant with a passion for food. He trained at Leith’s School of Food & Wine, loves climbing mountains, surfing, yoga & Sarah.
