LAYERS OF BEING
YOGA RETREAT
Hampshire
5-7th June, 2026
3 Days
Rooted in ancient yogic philosophy, this retreat offers a deep exploration of the five koshas - the five layers of human experience described in the Upanishads: physical, energetic, mental, wisdom & bliss.
Over the course of several days, engage in intelligent yoga practices focusing on each kosha, layer by layer. Workshops include asana flows to nurture the physical body, breathwork to invigorate & contemplative exercises to calm the mind & awaken intuition.
Set in the tranquil Hampshire countryside, the retreat also emphasises wholesome Ayurvedic nutrition & restorative rest, fostering an holistic approach to wellbeing.
Suitable for all levels, the Koshas Yoga Retreat encourages self-awareness, emotional balance & renewed vitality.
We bring you everything you need to unwind and take it easy.
There will be miles of countryside to walk in.
There will be peace, quiet & room to breathe.
There will be amazing, Ayurvedic, wholesome food.
There will be the happy after-glow of brilliant yoga sessions.
There will be no pressure.
In between classes you'll be encouraged to take time to do exactly what you need to do. Journal, take a walk, read your book, chat to friends, or nothing at all.
It’s your weekend.
