Each retreat combines stylish accommodation in naturally stunning and tranquil locations with inspiring yoga teaching.

Your teacher -
Sarah has been studying yoga for almost 30 years. Her teaching is steeped in a profound understanding of ancient wisdom delivered in an unpretentious and honest way.

On retreat, she teaches three classes a day, from breathwork and meditation to dynamic workshops that will stretch and challenge you. You can read more about Sarah here.

Yoga Style and Content -
Sarah teaches a style informed by her decades of study and practice. Her background is in Astanga and Anusara Yoga and her approach is one of flowing, breath-based movement with great attention and insight given to effective alignment. She can transform your practice and help you to a strength and flexibility you might not know you have.

She teaches three classes a day, which includes a daily two hour workshop where we dive into something more revelatory, some new aspect or focus that will empower and inspire your yoga practice at home for months to come.

All classes are suitable for all abilities from absolute beginners to yoga teachers, with adaptations for every level.

Menus -
Food is really important to us & we are proud to serve well considered, hearty and delicious meals that nourish without being preachy. All of our retreats are full board, serving three meals a day and we happily cater to most dietary requirements. Wine is available on our retreats with dinner, but is not included in the price.

Community -
Oak Tree Yoga fosters a warm, supportive and inclusive community, where new friendships and forged and experiences shared with new friends. We have a light-hearted approach to yoga and to life, we think joy is the most important attribute of a serious yoga practice.

Equipment -
We like to keep things simple: all yoga equipment, linens and towels are provided - all you need to bring is yourself.

Treatments -
On our retreats there is usually the option to book a massage, or other treatment. These treatments are not included in the price.
