A luxurious long weekend of yoga & walking in the magnificent Cairngorms National Park of Scotland.
Twice the size of the Lake District, the Cairngorms National Park has more oustandingly beautiful mountains, forest paths, rivers, lochs, wildlife hotspots & friendly villages than you can possibly imagine.
Our base for the weekend is a gorgeously appointed cottage & house nestled within the Cairngorms wilderness.
Yoga classes will take place in the purpose built yoga studio:-
In the mornings, a dynamic practice of enlivening aligned flow yoga will give you the most positive start to each day; in the evenings a wonderfully relaxing Yin Yoga practice will help you to unwind and stretch out gently, preparing you for deep, restful sleep.
Each day, we will walk one of the many footpaths through the forests & hills surrounding the cottage, returning in the early evening for tea & cake.
