Yoga for Chronic Illness

Yoga, breathwork & relaxation for chronic illness . . .

Sarah works with clients with MS, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression & those recovering after a cancer diagnosis or injury.

Each session will be tailored to your needs, whatever the stage of your condition & however you are feeling on any given day. Sometimes this will involve yoga postures, on other days it will be enough to work to soothe your breath, calm your mind and relax your nervous system.
