Sarah works with clients with MS, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression & others experiencing chronic conditions, back pain or injury.
Each session is tailored specifically to your needs: sometimes this will involve yoga postures, on other days it will be soothing breathwork & relaxation to calm your mind and relax your nervous system.
