Venue: The Dell at Abernethy, Dell Road, Nethy Bridge, Inverness-shire PH25 3DL
Arrivals: 5pm Friday, 19 October
Departures: 10am Monday, 22 October

Travel: The venue is approximately a 1 hour drive from Inverness Airport.**

Food: Hearty & delicious vegetarian food ... Self-serve continental breakfasts, packed lunches for hill walking days & wonderful two course dinners in the evenings, prepared for us by Polly at The Dell.
Please advise when booking if you have any food allergies. 

Yoga: Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.  Please bring your mat, a strap & a yoga block with you.  Wear comfortable stretchy clothing for yoga sessions, bring a jumper/warm socks for relaxation.

5pm - Arrivals
6-7.30pm - Yoga Class & Meditation

SATURDAY & SUNDAY
8-10am - Yoga Class & Meditation
10am - Breakfast
11.30am-5pm - Mountain Walking*
6-7.30pm - Yoga Class & Meditation
8pm - Dinner

MONDAY
8-9am - Yoga Class & Meditation
9am - Breakfast
10am - Departures

*Please note that routes are subject to change in the event of extreme weather conditions & will be based on the ability of the group; walks will take approximately 5 hours each day (Saturday & Sunday) & may involve some climbing to mid/high level summits, as well as some rocky, steep & maybe boggy sections.  You can expect some amazing views, many opportunities for wildlife spotting, fantastic scenery & great company.  It is important that you have a good general level of fitness & are comfortable walking all day over sometimes steep or rocky ground & that you abide by the kit list so that you will be comfortable in all weathers.

**Car/taxi share may be available - Oak Tree Yoga will provide contact details for participants willing to share, but will not be responsible for arranging lifts/car shares/transport to the venue.
