Start the day with a dynamic, flowing practice of beautifully aligned yoga - learn something new about yourself & about yoga as you move through 2 hours of yoga movement, meditation and breathing practice, challenge yourself to try something new, find within yourself the relief of inner silence & one-pointed focus.
Lunch is hearty & vegetarian Indian street food by The Cook Curry Club, followed by fresh fruit, home-made cakes & tea.
We select the most beautiful areas of outstanding natural beauty in which to walk.
The ancient beech tree woods of the Chiltern Hills are bright green & full of bluebells in Spring; rich oranges & golds in Autumn; we'll wander through green fields and past quaint English cottages, spotting red kites in the sky & deer amongst the trees. Our walks are usually 5 miles or so & take about 2 hours.
A deeply relaxing, restorative & meditative Yin Yoga practice awaits you in the afternoon. Use blocks, bolsters & blankets to support your body in an intelligent series of long holds in passive poses. After the dynamism of your morning practice, Yin Yoga will release & lengthen the deep tissue of your body, creating flexibility through peaceful release. The perfect antidote to modern stress.
