A perfect blend of yoga & walking in the magnificent mountains of Snowdonia, Wales.
Each day will begin with an energetic yoga practice to awaken body & mind; in the evenings restorative yoga will ease your aching muscles & prepare you for restful sleep.
On Saturday & Sunday, climb mountains via less travelled routes with the help of an experienced mountain guide & in the company of like-minded people; immerse yourself in the peaceful, stunning scenery of this beautiful national park.
One night, we will arrive at the peak in time for sunset to marvel at the amazing mountain scenery on a cool, clear summer night as the sun goes down; we will also seek out secluded mountain waterfalls, lakes & plunge pools, for you to dive into (or sit beside & wonder at).*
