Forest Retreat, Sweden

Retreat to the simple life of the forest in this yoga retreat to the stunning forests of Vikbolandet, Norrköping, Sweden. 

Arrive on Friday evening and begin your weekend by setting your sankalpa (intention) for the weekend during a peaceful and centering yoga asana practice in the yoga barn. 

On Saturday and Sunday the days will begin with meditation and gentle yoga, followed by breakfast; and later on in the morning a challenging and engaging two hour yoga workshop before lunch. 

After lunch you might choose to have a massage or Reiki treatment*, to snooze with your book or journal in a hammock amongst the trees, or to explore the beautiful forests.

In the evening we will meet again for a meditative aligned flow yoga practice and a deep meditation.

After dining together by candlelight, we will retire for a deep and restful sleep.

The retreat ends on Monday morning with a final yoga practice, which will include asana, pranayama and meditation.

Emerge from the weekend feeling inspired, well-rested and with a renewed sense of purpose.
