COURSES
Sarah runs her classes as courses, not drop-in classes. This is so
that students can progress with others at a similar level and because
Sarah wishes to know her students well, so that she can teach in a
safe and personal way.
It
also encourages commitment from the student, so that they continue
with a regular practice and give themselves the opportunity to enjoy
a sense of achievement and progress in their yoga practice.
